After nine years of marriage, a woman was devastated when she discovered a dating profile on her husband’s laptop where he told women that his wife was dead and that he was looking for love. Believing he was cheating, she secretly contacted a lawyer and began planning a divorce without confronting him. However, days later, her husband brought home his colleague, Greg, and introduced him as a friend who needed help getting back into dating after losing his wife two years earlier. Suddenly, everything made sense: the dating profile belonged to Greg, and her husband had only been helping him meet women again. Relieved but shaken, she realized how close she had come to ending nine years of marriage because of a misunderstanding and wished she had trusted her husband enough to hear the truth first.
